Answers to any questions you might have about taking part in the survey.
Please be aware that we are reaching out to different communities to ensure the commission is diverse and inclusive.
We especially want to have experiences from wider Black Minority and South Asian communities and men.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to share their experience with us, including those who have English as a second language, young people* and people who may find completing the form online difficult.
Children and young people surveys can be completed here.
The survey for individuals is now available in: English, Welsh, Arabic Polish, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
We are consulting with people with learning difficulties and organisations from the LD community on Thursday 25 November via a twitter takeover.
Information on how people from these groups can get further involved with the commission will be posted here and these sessions will continue into the new year after the main call for evidence deadline has passed.
